If it doesn't get to in 7 "business" days after it was "deployed", meaning scanned by FedEx, email valve. It sounds like it most probably missed a scan on collection or whenever FedEx scan the bulk batch into the system.

It's poor strategy that reeks of "We are not confident in our product enough to go into mass production", and if you care about the future of the Deck, or a potential Deck V2, you should wish upon a star that they market it to non-steam users, otherwise it's gonna go the same way as the Steam Controller, except the Deck didn't deserve that. This is why Steam Decks are being reported "lost" by Fedex. Not sure if this has been mentioned before on the subreddit but unfortunately Valve is saying what the product inside the box is on the shipping label. As far as I know now, with the exception of the smallest and least populated parts of the country, every FedEx hub now runs 7 days a week.
