I prefer Herco in the "Old Style" compression formed AA case and IMR4756 in the STS case.The 20 gauge Remington hulls that used Rem 57 primers need an RP-20 wad. Harder to find than a RXP20 wad. There were 12 gauge pre-All-American hulls (mostly fiber based, a few with a white plastic "base") that used those primers. I have at least 1,ooo RP20 wads to use in the Winchester 20 AA. This is the only wad that works with the 1 1/8 oz. load without an excessive amount of wad pressure.
