Russian sks markings. Proof marks mostly. I’ve been meaning to take the time to learn more on them but the 3 (or maybe 4) digit number in the barrel is the barrel’s serial number. From what I’ve seen barrels aren’t serialized with the receivers but I could have only seen replacements too. If anyone has a good resource I’d love to see it
