Since this is talking about best layout, and your example is vegetarian only I will say that I believe the best omnivorous layout includes a dedicated meat fridge, the fridge is pretty busy room and meat is ugly, seperate it so that only the butcher and cook see it. (likewise only the butcher/tailor need to see leather/fur, which is ugly) 3 ... Therefore theres no need to double-wall the AC tile (not that you can, anyways). Double-walling gives better insulation (reduced temperature change = reduced energy consumption from heaters/coolers), but its marginal. Triple-walling has no insulation benefits over double-walling.
