Backed it up approx. flush with the housing and it fixed the long crank and the p0340 was gone, but the p0344 and rev limiter was still present. Continued backing it out till it was countersunk (approx .050 gap) and it cranks right up and no codes. Its an aftermarket K&N filter with the arm assembly.
