But because of all the issues people are posting here after updating, I'm very nervous about updating mine. I don't have any "real" issues. Rashly, I pressed the "update firmware" button in the robot information screen in the app. After a few minutes the app said the robot was offline. No problem, I thought - maybe it's still updating the firmware?
