Various heights to jump from. Most people jumped off around 15-20ft. The highest point (on top of the boulder) is probably about 40ft.

The state of Texas acquired the land in 1940 from the Lower Colorado River Authority. Some quite old rocks are found at Inks Lake; pink gneiss and granite are the principal kinds of exposed rock in the park. We stayed at Inks Lake State Park for a week in 2006 in our camper. The lake itself was small and nothing spectacular but if you follow the trail back to the area they call the Devils Watering Hole there is an area where you can jump from the cliffs into the lake, some of the points are quite high but the kids loved it.
