The author explores what it's like loving with anxiety but does it in a way which isn't two dimensional or naive, and not overly pessimistic either. I love this book. I read the midnight library before reading this. While I liked the midnight library, I feel that Austin's book is far more relatable as someone who also struggles with anxiety.
