TLDR: Chime does not seem to care about being helpful for Identity theft victims and has demonstrated some serious issues with customer service. At least once a month I receive an unsolicited Netspend card. I just never activate it, cut it up and tear up the mail. Haven’t had any identity theft issues since.

Chime is literally just having issues with refund deposits.
